Our products are shipped from Turkey, and all international deliveries are fulfilled via third-party logistics providers. Due to the nature of cross-border shipping, including potential delays, customs processes, and local regulations beyond our control, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on international orders.
No Returns or Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges for any orders shipped outside of Turkey, including cases where the product is defective or incorrectly shipped. Please make sure to double-check your size, color, and product selection before completing your order.
Customs & Import Duties: Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. If the package is refused or not claimed due to customs charges, no refunds will be issued.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect product due to our error, you must notify us within 3 business days of delivery, along with photographic evidence. While physical returns are not possible for international orders, we may offer alternative solutions such as a discount code or partial refund, at our discretion.
Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please report the issue to the courier upon delivery and have a damage report issued. Additionally, contact us immediately with photos and relevant documentation. We cannot accept liability for shipping damages not reported at the time of delivery.
